Payment can be made by major credit cards, E Nets and cheque.

Cheque payments are to be made out to WOW Studio Pte Ltd and sent/posted to: 315 Outram Road, #04-06 Tan Boon Liat Building, Singapore 169074.

If any delivery charges are incurred (for urgent, weekend or public holidays), these will be reflected in the order form when you check out.

For overseas delivery, all shipping charges will be borne by the customer upon delivery and collected by the carrier at time of delivery (C.O.D). These fees are non-refundable in the event the merchandise is returned to WOW Studio Pte Ltd for any reason.

You will receive an email notification for a password to download the images once the credit card payment is confirmed by the credit card company/s.

If payment is made by cheque, once the cheque clears, you will receive an email notification for a password to download the images.

Requests for CD-Rom data instead of downloading the images, will be sent on the next working day. Please refer to the section on "Delivery".

Local delivery within Singapore is FREE. Delivery will be made on the next business working day. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Boxes.

Requests for urgent delivery within 1 - 2 hours, on weekends and public holidays will be charged at a flat rate of S$15 per delivery address. This will be billed together with your order.

Please be available to sign for your package, if you cannot be available, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address. Customers will be charged a fee of S$15 to reroute a package once it has been released to our couriers.

Timely Delivery
Please note that orders after 4pm on Fridays will be delivered on Monday as the next business day unless you select Saturday delivery for an additional charge.

WOW Studio Pte Ltd is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged or incomplete placement or confirmation of orders, or internet technical, hardware, software, telephone or transmission failures of any kind that may limit a person's ability to place an order. This guarantee does not apply to delays caused by acts beyond WOW Studio Pte Ltd's control, such as acts of God, strikes, lockouts or disasters. WOW Studio Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel or suspend this offer should a computer virus, unauthorized intervention or other cause corrupt the integrity or the proper conduct of the offer.

Refusal of Delivery
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual delivery/ shipping charges incurred by WOW Studio Pte Ltd. This does not apply to packages that appear to be damaged in delivery/shipping.

Incorrect Delivery/Shipping Address Provided
Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional delivery/shipping charges.

 

All prices and shipping charges are listed in SIN dollars.

WOW Studio Pte Ltd will assist in shipping your packages via international courier service providers of your choice at the current prevailing rates of the respective courier providers.

All shipping charges & taxes will be borne by the customer upon delivery and collected by the carrier at time of delivery (C.O.D). These fees are non-refundable in the event the merchandise is returned to WOW Studio Pte Ltd for any reason.

Please note:
that international orders are subject to additional handling charges, applicable customs, import duties and governing taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer will be charged for these fees upon delivery. WOW Studio Pte Ltd will use its best efforts to calculate these fees in advance.

Please note that certain international couriers do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays and P.O. Boxes. And some international couriers may or may not include pickup and door-to-door delivery with customs clearance. Your package will arrive at your door, but you might need to pay extra international fees.

Note that this postage information is provided to you for general information purposes and may not be applicable or accurate for postal processed with some carriers or for goods posted across certain international borders. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, we urge our international customers to contact their local customs office for further information.

 

• Most orders begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your order will be shipped once your payment is approved, the receiving address is verified, and the item is prepared.

• For your security, orders may not be delivered without an authorized signature. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be present at the designated shipping address.

If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hotel, school, etc., the carrier may accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.
